Active Meditation use your imagination to create your life through visualization.
Tune into your inner vision and visualize on the screen of your mind what you wish to create in as much detail as possible.
Emotionally connecting to your vision through appreciation and gratitude for it’s arrival, will put you in a state of receiving and allow your goal to manifest faster.
Use the power of your imagination to create your perfect day,or focus on a goal you want to achieve. Let go of doubt, know that it’s yours and release the image to the universe.
You don’t need to know how it will happen,you just need to know what you want. Be prepared to do your part through inspired action and allow the universe to take care of the details.
